Frontline Staff Training Program

A special information session is being offered prior to the start of the semester to provide frontline classified staff (customer service representatives, receptionists, assistants that work closely with students) with updated information on policies, procedures, and deadlines that occur at the start of the semester.  This program has been instituted on campus to assist front-line staff in providing students with accurate information and referrals.

The training will be held on , 11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m., Thursday, Aug. 12 in the Jordan C Ballroom of the Student Union Building.  This program has been very well received and fills up quickly.  Participation is limited to the first 85 registrants.

In addition to this training, the reference manual used in the training will be available Monday, August 9, online by clicking here.  Anyone who works with students is encouraged to visit this link to access this valuable information.
