The 26th annual Frank Church Conference on Public Affairs will take an in-depth look at current environmental and political challenges to pending negotiations on international climate change action Oct. 20 at Boise State University.

More than 300 high school students are expected to attend Mosaic, a campus visitation program for multi-ethnic students interested in attending Boise State University.

Boise State President Bob Kustra Responds to News of State Budget Holdback

Boise State University President Bob Kustra today made the following statement in regard to Gov. C.L. “Butch” Otter’s announcement today of a 6 percent state appropriations holdback for Idaho’s public colleges and universities. A 6 percent holdback in Boise State’s state appropriations equates to approximately $4.7 million.

Boise State Theatre Arts Department Presents ‘A Question of Grace’ Oct. 1-4, 7-11

The playwright is theatre arts student Bernadine Cockey. The play deals with a young mother accused of killing her young children, and the narrative is focused on her meeting with a reluctant public defender.

Boise State Physics Professor Awarded $240,000 NSF Grant for Groundbreaking Biophysics Research

Boise State University associate professor of physics Byung Kim has been awarded a three-year grant from the National Science Foundation’s Instrument Development for Biological Research (IDBR) program. Kim received $78,008 in the first installment and is expected to receive two more for a total award amount of $240,181. The Department of Physics is in the College of Arts and Sciences.

Boise State Center Offers Fall Programs for Human Resource Professionals
