A reception at 3 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 19, will honor former Idaho Secretary of State Pete Cenarrusa, who has gifted his papers to Boise State University’s Albertsons Library. Cenarrusa’s 52 years of uninterrupted public service to Idaho, beginning with his election to the Idaho House of Representatives in 1950, is a record for the state.
