Learn More About Boise State's Master's in Education
Leadership at Meetings May 12, 14
Educators who are interested in furthering their careers can learn more
about Boise State’s master of education in educational leadership by
attending informal meetings at 7 p.m. May 12 in Room 220 in the Education
Building on campus or at 4 p.m. May 14 in Room 126 at Nampa High School.
The degree is designed for educators who would like to pursue a career in
education administration. Enrollment is limited and the classes will meet
one night per week and one weekend per month.
The five-part program is designed to help teachers create schools where all
children will learn to high levels. Completion of the program will allow
students to seek state certification as principals and receive the degree.
The program will focus on real-life problems that administrators, teachers
and school districts face. The coursework will feature an online component
as well as simulation, case study and problem solving. College of Education
faculty and successful practitioners from the field will facilitate
instruction.
