JOINT STATEMENT REGARDING BOISE STATE UNIVERSITY vs. ANYTIME BAIL BONDS, INC., ET AL.

Boise State University and local businessman and Bronco supporter, Dave Armstrong, have amicably resolved their differences and reached a mutually beneficial agreement regarding the use of the “Blue Turf” imagery. As part of their agreement, Mr. Armstrong’s companies are pleased to announce that they will donate their existing inventory of “Blue Turf Towels” to the University to help the Broncos and their fans celebrate the upcoming 2008-09 football season by giving them away for free at a home game.
