In March, subscribers will receive Ben Doller’s “FAQ:,” a follow-up to his Walt Whitman Award-winning first book, as well as first-time author Carrie Olivia Adams’ “Intervening Dead.” In May, Rachel Loden’s “Dick of the Dead” features Richard Nixon doing his tragicomic best to bring the world to rights. Subscribers will receive a 40 percent discount on the books and free shipping if they order before Sept. 1. The price will rise to $95 after that date.
