Take in a Bit of Culture with Music Professor Del Parkinson During Trips to Italy, British Isles

Boise State University Department of Music professor Del Parkinson will lead two trips to Europe in 2009 as part of a series sponsored by the Division of Extended Studies.

“A Cultural Journey Through Italy’s Great Cities” will be from March 20-29, 2009. The Italian tour features overnight stays in Rome, Florence, Venice and Milan. Short visits include the towns of Siena, Orvieto, Assisi, Padua and Pisa.

“A Cultural Journey Through the British Isles” is scheduled for May 12-23, 2009. In London, tour participants will attend music and theatre performances. In Ireland, the tour will stop in Dublin, Galway, Ring of Kerry, Blarney and Waterford.
