News Release CENTER MEDIA ADVISORY / December 17, 2008 Press Conference What: Press conference announcing plans to boost Hispanic businesses When: 10 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 18 Where: Nampa City Hall, City Council Chambers, 411 3rd St. South in Nampa The Idaho Small Business Development Center at Boise State University and the Idaho Hispanic Chamber of Commerce have formed a partnership to assist Hispanic businesses in the Treasure Valley. The two will make a joint announcement at 10 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 18, at Nampa City Hall, City Council Chambers. A new business consultant for the Hispanic business community will be introduced and representatives from Zions Bank, the Idaho SBDC, the City of Nampa, Idaho Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and the U.S. Small Business Administration will speak about the benefits of the partnership for the Hispanic business community. The goal of the partnership is to enhance the success of existing Hispanic businesses and assist in the creation of new ventures.
