BOISE STATE VOLUNTEER SERVICES BOARD WILL PRESENT AN EQUALITY FAIR

The Boise State University Equality Fair will be held from 6 p.m.-9 p.m. Wednesday, April 3, in the Jordan Ballroom A, B and C in the university’s Student Union. Two short films will be shown at 7:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. The fair will be presented by Boise State Volunteer Services Board.

Local nonprofit organizations dealing with fairness issues will set up booths with their materials. Guests will be able to talk to organization representatives and will receive volunteer and internship opportunities. Nonprofit organizations will include: Treasure Valley United Way, Agency for New Americans, Living Independent Network, Idaho Commission for National Community and Service, United Vision for Idaho, Counsel on Hispanic Education, Idaho Community Action Network and others. The Boise State Volunteer Services Board will also provide snacks.
