Expect choreography that reflects the complexities of relationships between men and women by Boise State University dance students at "Boys ‘n Babeland," Dec. 13-14 at the Morrison Center Stage II. Performance times are 7:30 p.m. Dec. 13-14 and a 2 p.m. matinee on Dec. 14.

The dance concerts are presented by students in the Boise State theatre arts department dance program, directed by Marla Hansen. Students will present Hansen’s new piece, "Bend Over Barbie," which is a humorous look at women’s stereotypes, performed to music by the Balanescu Quartet. Other pieces in this performance include a dramatic solo danced en pointe to the music of Alanis Morissette and hot numbers to the music of Santana and the Squirrel Nut Zippers. Admission at the door is $5 for adults and $3 for students and seniors. For more information, call 426-3980.
