Research Funding For Business Focus of Conference
The Idaho Small Business Development Center and the Women’s Business Center are teaming up to host a two-day conference, “Funding Your Business Research and Development.” The conference will be from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. July 9 and 10 in the Boise State University Student Union Jordan Ballroom.
Ruth Lange, U.S. Department of Agriculture; Kesh Narayanan, National Science Foundation; and Vincent Schaper, U.S. Department of Agriculture, will speak on the government’s Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) programs.
Participants will also have an opportunity to attend proposal planning and strategy workshops and learn more about other research and development funding options.
