Concerto Aria Concert Features Winning Student Soloists
Seven student competition-winners will perform as soloists with the Boise State University Orchestra and Chamber Orchestra at the Concerto Aria concert at 7:30 p.m. Sunday, April 28, in the Morrison Center Main Hall. Tickets, available at the door, are $5 for adults, $3 for seniors and free to students of all ages and Boise State faculty and staff.
These students, all music majors, were selected at a competition in February: Milada Keck, violin; Katherine Currie, violin; Deniza Pop, piano; Mary Clayton-Smith, vocal; Marianne Brown, marimba; Dan Howard, bass trombone; and Suzanne Jenkins, flute.
