Artwork ranging from traditional to contemporary will be on display from April 19-May 1 at the Boise State University Visual Arts Center Gallery One in the Liberal Arts Building and Gallery Two in the Hemingway Center.
“Busy Signal,” a bachelor of fine arts thesis exhibition, will feature sculptures, ceramics, photography, graphic design, paintings and drawings by Boise State students.
A reception will be held from 6:30-8:30 p.m. Friday, April 19, at both galleries and will feature live jazz by local band, the Kevin Kirk Trio. The reception, which is free and open to the public, is an opportunity for people to meet the artists and ask questions about their work.
Both galleries are open Monday-Friday from 8 a.m.-6 p.m. and Saturday from noon-5 p.m. For more information about the exhibit or the reception call 426-3994.
