Lecture at Boise State to Discuss False Confessions May 6
The Boise State University department of psychology and the Applied Cognition Research Institute are sponsoring a free lecture on false confessions at 5 p.m. Monday, May 6, in Room 106 of the Multi-purpose Classroom Building. The lecture is open to the public. Paid parking is available in the parking garage at University Drive and Brady Street.
Krista Forrest, an active researcher in psychology and law at the University of Nebraska at Kearny, will speak on “Sex, Lies and False Confessions: Factors That Place You at Risk During a Police Interrogation.”
