Bugs, bug gear, bowling and more at Boise State "Family Fun Daze"

Spend some time with your family at Boise State University Student Programs Board’s “Family Fun Daze” April 12, 26 and May 4. Times, locations and ticket prices vary. All events are open to the public. The schedule is as follows:

April 12

The first 200 Boise State families bowl for free from 4-7 p.m. at the Boise State Game Center in the Student Union. A special rate of $2 for one hour will be offered at the pool tables.

April 26

Boise State University families are welcome to explore science for free from 5-8 p.m at the Discovery Center of Idaho, 131 W. Myrtle street. Tickets are limited and may be picked up in advance at the Information Desk in the Student Union.

May 4

Boise State Special Events Center will be “buggin’ out” at noon, May 4 with the film “A Bug’s Life.” Immediately following the movie, families will have the opportunity to interact with live bugs and try out various bug gear provided by the Boise State biology department. Admission is free for Boise State students and their families, $2 for individuals and $5 for families.

Free refreshments will be provided at each event. For more information call 426-1223.
