February 26, 2002 HELP BEAUTIFY BOISE�S FOOTHILLS SATURDAY, MARCH 2 Community member are invited to help Boise State University Volunteer Services Board beautify Boise�s foothills. Meet at 8 a.m. Saturday, March 2 at the MK Nature Center, 600 S. Walnut St. Volunteers will plant bitterbrush seeds in the foothills. �The seeds are used to prevent erosion as well as to feed deer and elk during the winter months,� said Joseph Scofield, Environmental Coordinator for Boise State Volunteer Services Board.
