BOISE STATE TRUCKING SCHOOL GRADUATES NOMINATED FOR AWARDS

Two graduates of the Idaho Center for Professional Truck Driving were nominated for the 2001 Marten Transport Fleet Driver of the Year award.

Marcia Jeffs, Boise, and Kathy Hobbs, Caldwell, were among 32 drivers nominated nationwide by their fleet managers for the annual honor.

Marten Transport, headquartered in Mondovi , Wis., is a carrier that transports refrigerated products in 48 states and Canada.

The Idaho Center for Professional Truck Driving is administered by Boise State’s Selland College of Applied Technology. Hobbs was a student in the program in 2000-01; Jeffs was a student in 1997.
