BOISE STATE ART FACULTY PRESENT ‘INTERSECTION’
EXHIBITION
"Intersection," a showcase of approximately 80
works by 24 Boise State University art professors, will run Jan. 24-Feb. 21 at
the Boise State Visual Arts Center galleries. An opening reception will be held
from 5:30-7 p.m. Jan. 24. Parking for the reception is free in the Liberal Arts
lot.
At 6 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 6, several Boise State
University art professors will present short programs about the ideas, materials
and techniques they used to create paintings, sculptures, photographs and other
media.
All events are free and open to the public. The galleries
are open 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday through Friday and noon-5 p.m. Saturday. Gallery
1 is located in the Liberal Arts building at 1874 University Drive and Gallery 2
is in the Hemingway Center at 1819 University Drive. For more information call
