BOISE STATE REC CENTER OFFERS TAKE A HIKE
INCENTIVE PROGRAM
The Boise State University Student Recreation
Center (REC) is registering REC members until April 10 for the Take a Hike
incentive program. This is one of several free monthly on-your-honor activities
sponsored by the centers Fitness Program to encourage physical motivation and
community participation.
Registration is taken at the front desk of the center,
located across from the Student Union on University Drive. Participants have an
opportunity to win an award after completing 70 miles of distance jogging
every morning, taking hikes on the weekends, walking to class during the day or
any other distance activity.
Participants have until April 30 to record their final
miles on the Fitness Program bulletin board on the first floor of the REC.
Progress will be updated every day.
Monthly incentives are planned throughout the semester to
encourage participation in a variety of activities. For more information on this
