HORTICULTURE STUDENTS, BOTANICAL GARDEN TEAM FOR
ANNUAL SALE
The Boise State University horticulture department and the
Idaho Botanical Garden will offer thousands of plants during the annual spring
sale from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Saturday, April 26, at the Idaho Botanical Garden off of
Penitentiary Road. A 1$ donation is requested for admittance.
Shoppers can choose from common annuals and perennials to
hard-to-find plants grown at the Idaho Botanical Garden and Boise State
greenhouses. Fit for either a home gardener or a plant collector, there's
everything from houseplants to trees, herbs to rock garden plants and native
plants.
Boise State student horticulturists, University of Idaho
master gardeners and volunteers will be available to guide shoppers in plant
