BOISE STATE CONCERT BAND PERFORMANCE HAS SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE

The Boise State University All-Campus Concert Band will perform a selection of musical favorites at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, May 8, at the Special Events Center in the Student Union. Admission is $5 general, $3 seniors and free to students of all ages and Boise State faculty and staff.

Titled “Something for Everyone,” the concert includes such favorites as “Funiculi, Funicula” by Luigi Denza, a medley of “West Side Story” songs by Leonard Bernstein, and “Burgler’s Holiday” by Leroy Anderson. Other titles include “Procession of the Nobles” by Nicholas Rimsky Korsakov and J.S. Bach’s “Little Fugue in G minor.”

The All-Campus Concert Band is directed by John King. For more information, call the music department at 426-3980.
