Three
faculty members have been honored by Boise State University as
University Foundation Scholars for 2003. The awards are given
annually for ongoing commitment, expertise and accomplishments
in teaching, research/creative activities and professionally
related service. Each winner received a $2,000 award.
Stephanie Witt, Boise State's
associate vice president for academic affairs, said it is
important to recognize excellence among faculty members and that
recognition with a monetary award is a great way to honor them.
