To Address Congress
Speech To Be Broadcast Locally on NPR News 91

British Prime Minister Tony Blair is scheduled to address a joint session of the U.S. Congress on Thursday, July 17. The speech will be broadcast live and in its entirety at 2 p.m. (Mountain time) on NPR News 91.     National Public Radio will provide the broadcast.     NPR News 91 is a service of Boise State Radio.
