Boise State University is offering two classes to assist
students preparing to take the Graduate Record Examination (GRE) or Graduate
Management Admission Test (GMAT) in order to apply to graduate programs. The
classes, offered through the Division of Extended Studies, begin Sept. 16.
Classes will cover exam topics, the different types of exam
questions and valuable test-taking strategies. Instructors will also prepare
participants for the GMAT essay and the new GRE essay. The first class session
includes a diagnostic exam, beginning promptly at 6:15 p.m. in Room 156 of the
Science/Nursing Building, and distribution of textbooks and study materials.
The GRE Prep class meets from 6-10 p.m. Sept. 16, 23, Oct. 7,
21, 28 and Nov. 4; cost is $325. The GMAT Prep class meets from 6-10 p.m.
Sept. 16, 23, 30, Oct. 14, 21, 28 and Nov. 11; cost is $375. Cost includes
materials and the diagnostic test.
