State Shouts "Orange You Proud You're A Bronco!"

|
Boise State
University celebrates its colors during Homecoming Week Oct. 6-10
with the theme “Orange You Proud You’re a Bronco!” This year’s
Homecoming Week activities feature a performance from comedian
David Spade and a downtown street festival among a week’s worth of
other school pride events as well as giveaways on The Quad.
Fitting with the Homecoming theme, all the giveaways will be
orange! All events are free unless otherwise specified and
everyone is welcome to participate. Here is the activities
schedule for the week:
Monday, Oct. 6
* “Toilet Bowl” flag football tournament. Bronco Stadium. 4-10
p.m. Student, alumni and staff teams compete to have their team
name engraved on the ceremonial toilet. Presented by Campus
Recreation. Call 426-1131.
* “Tommy Boy” (PG-13; comedy; Chris Farley and David Spade; 1995).
After Tommy barely graduates from college he returns home where he
begins working for his father, the owner of an auto parts factory.
His father soon dies, however, leaving the fate of the company in
the hands of Tommy’s questionable intelligence. Presented by
Student Programs Board. Call 426-1223.

With a Genius: My Life and Virginia Woolf’s,” is free and the
public is invited.
