Boise State Offers Workshop For Handling Holiday Stress

Boise State University is offering a free workshop on coping with holiday stress at 7 p.m., Thursday, Nov. 20, at The REC, the student recreation center. Learn how to balance your favorite goodies and holiday stress while having a happy, healthy holiday season. Health, Wellness and Counseling Services, The REC and campus dietitian Hilary Horton-Brown have planned a fun evening of tasty tips and mouth-watering holiday ideas. This workshop is free.
