Kid Fit Babysitting At The REC

Dying to participate in recreational activity, but have nobody to watch the kids? The REC at Boise State has got you covered. Priced at only $2 per hour, Kid Fit provides a safe, caring environment for your child so that you can relax and enjoy your time at The REC.

“It is important to have this service for parents who want to work out,” said Tina Kluckow, a Kid Fit attendant, adding, “I love kids, too.”

Children between the ages of 6 months and 8 years are invited to do arts and crafts, read a book, play outside and more.

Everything from cribs to playmats to a fenced in yard are part of your Kid Fit facilities. Whether it be a video for the sleepy child or music for the active toddler, your child will leave with a smile.

For a limited time during our Winter Wonderland promotion, you can try Kid Fit for no cost. Kid Fit will be free for REC members from Dec.1-19. Children can enjoy Winter Wonderland Bingo, winter craft projects, Kidcercise and more. Kid Fit is open 11 a.m.-1:30 p.m. and 4-8 p.m. Monday through Friday and 1-5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.

October’s “Fall Into The REC For Free” event was a big success. “A lot of kids came in who did not know Kid Fit was here,” Kluckow said. “I hope a lot of kids come again.”
