Engineering Dean Cheryl Schrader Honored At International Conference

A workshop on women as leaders in the field of engineering was held in honor of Boise State University Engineering Dean Cheryl Schrader on Dec. 10, in Maui, Hawaii. Sponsored by the National Science Foundation, the workshop was part of the 42nd annual Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) Conference on Decision and Control. Schrader is president of the IEEE Control Systems Society, an international professional organization with more than 10,000 members.
