Boise State's School of Social Work Earns Reaccredidation

Boise State University’s School of Social Work has received reaccredidation for its baccalaureate social work degree program from the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE). Boise State was complimented for the quality and completeness of its self-study and response to the site visit report. The social work major was one of the first four-year degree professional programs established by Boise State in 1966 and has been continuously accredited by the CSWE since 1974. The university’s baccalaureate degree in social work offers students an opportunity for a professional career providing direct services to individuals, families, households, groups and communities.
