Students Compete in Recreation and College Bowl Tournament

Boise State University Student Union and Involvement will host the Association of College Unions International (ACUI) Region 14 Recreation and College Bowl Tournament Feb. 19-21. Students from Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, Alaska, Saskatchewan, Alberta and British Columbia who qualified at their campus tournaments will compete in billiards, bowling, table tennis and academic trivia. The bowling tournament will be held off campus at Meridian Lanes while billiards will take place in the Student Union Games Center. Table tennis will be at The REC. College Bowl, similar to the television game show Jeopardy, will be 8-10 a.m. Feb. 20 and 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Feb. 21 in the Student Union. The Boise State team members are Jim Wolfe, Kersti Harter, Matt Mayer, Trevor Farlow and Simon Billinge.
