Liberal Arts Building Hosts New Book Arts Displays

The Boise State University Liberal Arts Building will host a variety of book arts displays for the spring semester.

Exhibitions for Feb. 9-27 include:

“A Woodworker’s Library,” by David Bogle. The presentation will include artistic use of woodworking books, as well as display items carved by the artist.

“Grimjack: The Complete Series,” by Michael Eslick. This piece will be based on use of the entire Grimjack comic book series.

“Pfeifer’s, A Midwestern Printer Miscellany,” by Joel Huettig. The exhibit will focus on use of rare reprinted items from a printing firm.

Also on display in February:

* Feb. 16-March 5: “The Book as a Visual Form,” by Candace Nicol.
