Boise State Students Score Highest on CPA Exam

Three Boise State University graduates were the state’s highest scorers on the 2003 Uniform Certified Public Accountancy exam taken in November. The highest scorer was Beverly Marie Walker, followed by Noah Lynn Timmons and Corrine Fiedler. In addition, Boise State students or alums made up 21 of the 44 people who passed the exam for the year. Tom English, chair for the department of accountancy, said Boise State students are frequently represented among the top performers in the state on the CPA exam.
