Boise State Film Series Announces February Movie List
The Boise State University Film Series continues this spring with a new list of must-see movies. Films will be shown in the Special Events Center at 7 p.m. Admission is $1 for students, faculty and staff and $1.50 general. Popcorn and soda will be available for an additional $1. Student Programs Board sponsors the film series; call 426-1223 for more information. These films are scheduled through the end of March: March 1: �Almost Famous� (R; drama; Billy Crudup, Frances McDormand, Patrick Fugit and Kate Hudson; 2000). William Miller, a 1970s high school student, receives the opportunity to travel with a rock band and write about it for Rolling Stone magazine.
March 15: �Wayne�s World� (PG-13; comedy; Mike Myers and Dana Carvey; 1992). Wayne and Garth of �Saturday Night Live� fame negotiate a deal with network television for their cable-access program run out of Wayne�s basement.
