Local Artists Invited To Idaho Metal Arts Guild Meeting

The Boise State University Art Metals Club and professor Anika Smulovitz invite local artists to help form a new artists’ guild. The Idaho Metal Arts Guild will meet from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, March 30, in the Student Union Alexander Room. The evening’s agenda includes ratifying bylaws, electing officers, discussing workshop and grant opportunities, and informally sharing work. The purpose of the guild is to bring in visiting artists for lectures and workshops, create exhibit opportunities, educate the public about the field and build community among artists.
