Boise State Announces Gene Harris Jazz Festival Winners
About 1,000 students from throughout the Northwest participated in the 2004 Gene Harris Jazz Festival student clinics and competitions on April 2-3. The winners were selected by a panel of professional adjudicators. They are as follows: Best Elementary School Band

Soloist winners receive a certificate toward a professional model instrument from a major manufacturer. They as follows:
