Boise State Discussion Forum To Focus On Small Business Success

“Taking Care of Business,” a public discussion dealing with issues surrounding small business success, will be held from 10:45 a.m.-noon Thursday, May 6, in the Boise State University Student Union Bishop Barnwell Room. The event is free and open to the public. Presented by students in professor Laurel Traynowicz’s Communication 356 class, the event includes four guest speakers, with a question and answer session at the end. Topics include resources for small business development, innovations in running a business and personal experience with starting a business. Speakers include Rick Vycital, Idaho Small Business Development Center regional director; Kirk Montgomery, founding owner of Flying M Coffee House; Leo Geis, owner of Idaho Airships; and Peter Desler, attorney.
