Horticulture Students, Botanical Garden Team For Annual Sale
Boise State University horticulture students and the Idaho Botanical Garden will hold the annual spring plant sale from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday, April 24, at the Idaho Botanical Garden, 2355 E. Old Penitentiary Road. A 1$ donation is requested for admittance. Vegetable plants include tomatoes, squash, zucchini, watermelon, hot peppers and bell peppers, eggplant, tomatillo, cucumber and gourds. Vines, hanging baskets, color bowls, herbs, native plants, ornamental grass and water plants will also be for sale.
Boise State student horticulturists and volunteers will be on hand to guide shoppers in plant selection. For more information, call 426-5742.
