Choristers Concert To Benefit Boise State Scholarships

The Boise Choristers, a women’s choral group, will present “Singin’ ‘n’ Swingin’” at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday, May 19 and 20, in the Morrison Center Recital Hall at Boise State University. The concert, which includes sacred, summertime and jazzy tunes, is free and open to the public. Donations are accepted and encouraged. Money raised from this annual concert is used to fund a Boise State music scholarship. Jeffery “Joey” Bunn, the 2004 scholarship winner, will perform on the piano. The Choristers were established around 1918 and have performed annual concerts for more than 60 years.
