Selland College Offers 'Super Saturday' Info Day July 24

The Selland College of Applied Technology at Boise State University offers more than 30 career training programs that can be completed in 4-24 months. In addition, more than 300 local employers serve on advisory committees to insure students get the best training possible.

The college will host “Last Call For Fall” Super Saturday information sessions at 10 a.m. Saturday, July 24, in Boise and Nampa.

From health care to electronics, welding to computers, this is an opportunity for individuals, families and friends to learn more about the programs and services available in the Selland College. The college is open to everyone regardless of previous educational experience. Students enter the college from all walks of life and include mid-life career changers, single parents, teens who want a fast-track education, professionals seeking new job skills and even retirees in search of new career options.

There are still a few seats open for fall. For more information, call the Student Services office at 426-1431. Super Saturday participants must pre-register by phone to secure seats. Additional information about the college can be found on the Web site selland.boisestate.edu
