Boise State Hosts Intercultural Reception for Campus and Community

Boise State University will host a free Intercultural Remix reception from 4-6 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 26, in the Cultural Center located on the second floor of the Student Union. The event is sponsored by the Cultural Center and the International Programs Office. The reception will feature a variety of cultural finger foods and other refreshments, music, activities, prizes, an art show, traditional cultural dress, arts and crafts demonstrations and a mini ethnic organization fair. All who attend will be eligible to win door prizes and will have opportunities to participate in hands-on activities organized by the staff. The purpose of the event is to introduce students, faculty, staff and the community to the services and programs offered by the Cultural Center and International Programs Office.
