NPR News91 and KBSW To Carry The State Of The State Address

Idaho Gov. Dirk Kempthorne�s State of the State address will be carried live on local public radio starting at 7 p.m. Monday evening, Jan. 10. The broadcast will be provided on NPR News 91 and KBSW.   The Republican governor�s speech will outline his legislative agenda for the upcoming session; he is expected to request business tax breaks to stimulate economic development and a simplified state tax code.    Statehouse News Bureau chief Steve Jess will anchor the speech coverage.   NPR News 91 includes KBSX 91.5 FM, Boise; KBSY 88.5 FM, Burley; KBSJ 91.3 FM, Jackpot, NV; KBSQ 90.7 FM, McCall and KBSS 91.1 FM, Sun Valley. Also included in the network is translator 93.5 FM in New Meadows and Lake Fork.
