Gov. Dirk Kempthorne�s State of the State address will be
carried live on local public radio starting at 7 p.m. Monday
evening, Jan. 10. The broadcast will be provided on NPR
News 91 and KBSW.
The Republican governor�s speech will outline
his legislative agenda for the upcoming session; he is
expected to request business tax breaks to stimulate
economic development and a simplified state tax code.
Statehouse News Bureau chief Steve Jess will
anchor the speech coverage.
