The Boise State University Meistersingers present the first ever Meistersingers Valentine Soiree at 7:30 p.m. Monday, Feb. 14, in the Morrison Center Recital Hall. Admission is $5 for adults, $3 for seniors and free for students and children. “Singing Valentine Telegrams” will also be available during the day. Surprise someone special with a love song at their home or place of business. “Singing Valentine Telegrams” are $20 , with two tickets to the concert included. For more information, or to purchase a “Singing Valentine Telegram,” please contact Meistersingers member Kade Atwood at (208) 447-6032 or at kadeatwood@hotmail.com.

The Valentine Soiree features love songs from contemporary artists and Broadway musicals and is an exciting, affordable and special way to spend time with your loved one. These selections will be performed by some of the best vocal students at BSU.

The Meistersingers is the premier classical chorus of Boise State University and has sung at numerous conferences and festivals throughout the Northwest. In an upcoming San Francisco tour, the Meistersingers will perform at the famous Grace Cathedral and in a private workshop with world renowned American composer Kirke Mechem. The group will also sing for many top-tier high school choruses in the city.
