Girman is a graduate of the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, pediatric residency program and Bloomberg School of Public Health, as well as the Beth Israel Medical Center Continuum Center for Health and Healing Integrative Medicine Fellowship. An avid proponent of holistic and integrative medicine, women's health issues and preventive care, Girman writes and speaks nationally on these issues.

Girman will be joined by Virginia Reath for the workshop, “Hearts, Bones and Hormones: Growing Older Gracefully in Any Phase of Life.”  In an ever-changing world where the medical advice of today seems to radically contradict the advice of yesterday, what do we believe? Where do we find the answers? This afternoon, interactive workshop is designed to help unhinge the confusion. From hormones to herbs and from soy to sexuality, participants will be guided not only in an exploration of health options but also in learning how to choose what is optimal for each of us as individuals — not as statistics. This dynamic educational experience is meant to provide a reframing of what it means to grow older in our society, and show you why living well is the best strategy.

A highly decorated special operations officer, Airborne Ranger Company Commander and career Army officer, Morehouse, was wounded in the desert of Jordan, beginning a new life journey toward peace defined by a new personal and collective paradigm. Morehouse was the first to bring a highly classified intelligence collection methodology out of the shadows and introduce it as a transformational tool for personal growth. The subject of a soon-to-be released motion picture, Dr. Morehouse is the international best selling author of Psychic Warrior, with more than one million copies in print in 14 languages. Morehouse has twice lectured at the Mikhail Gorbachev Foundation’s State of the World Forum on issues concerning global peace and alternative methods of conflict resolution. He recently presented at The Alliance for a New Humanity, addressing a new global paradigm on scientific, political and spiritual evolution.

In his highly participatory keynote address, “Creating the Life and Love You Really Want,” Morehouse will address how to transform life into an incredible partnership with the universe. Using various models rooted in math and quantum physics, Morehouse leads participants through the process and scientific theory of creating, recognizing and attracting the life they want and deserve. This presentation will explore the “Observer” and “Evaluator” paradigm and its inexorable link to intention. Further, the power of intention will be defined as a catalyst within the paradigm, controlled by the mechanism of individual and collective choice. Choice drives the polarity of intention as it connects to the model, and this lecture will provide seven categorical imperatives to be used as tools within the model for living an authentic and fearless life of manifestation.

In his “Realize Your Greatest Dreams!” workshop, Morehouse will explore the collective paradigm shift taking place in society and the role we play in expanding consciousness and manifesting the individual and collective life situations we desire. This workshop presents tools for understanding the power to live a life of promise and possibility. Drawing on theoretical mathematics, quantum physics and metaphysics, Morehouse will reveal the inherent ability to co-create reality and thus transform personal destiny and, ultimately, collective global destiny. Through a carefully designed and guided process, participants will explore inner awareness of “self” and the workings of the universe.
