News Release April 15, 2005 Celebrate The End Of The School Year at Spring Fling
Boise State
University will hold its 27th Annual Spring Fling from noon-9
p.m. May 6 at the Julia Davis Park Gene Harris Bandshell. The event is open
to the public and free for Boise State students and $5 for non-students. This years lineup of musical performers includes Reel Big Fish, The Clumsy Lovers, Raining Jane and Enation. There will be plenty of games and activities, including remote control car racing, video making, an inflatable slide, a gyroscope, a shooting gallery and an obstacle course. Food and drink vendors will be on hand, and there will be two music stages.
Music performances will be: Noon-1 p.m.: Enation, at the Bandshell. 1-1:30 p.m.: Cary Judd, at the side stage 1:30-2:30 p.m.: Kirsty Thirsk, at the Bandshell 2:30-3 p.m.: John Stephens, at the side stage 3-4 p.m.: Austin Willacy, at the Bandshell 4-4:30 p.m.: Belly dancers, at the side stage 4:30-5:30 p.m.: Clumsy Lovers, at the Bandshell 5:30-6 p.m.: Somewhere Far, at the side stage 6-7 p.m.: Raining Jane, at the Bandshell 7-7:30 p.m.: Alfred and Seymour, at the side stage 7:30-9 p.m.: Reel Big Fish, at the Bandshell
