State Men's Chorus Sings In Spring The Boise State Men’s Chorus will present its spring semester concert at 7:30 p.m. Monday, April 25, at the Boise State Student Union Special Events Center. Admission is $5 general, $3 seniors and free for Boise State faculty and staff and students of all ages.
The concert will include a wide variety of music from the British Isles, the United States, and two works from the stage: Send in the Clowns by Stephen Sondheim, and Finale from the Gondoliers by Arthur Sullivan.
The Chorus has invited the Boise Valley Chordsmen to perform at the concert. The Chordsmen, under the direction of Rich Lapp, specialize in the close-harmony singing style of barbershop quartets. Other guest choirs will include the Eagle Middle School Men’s Chorus, directed by Seth McMullen, and the Les Bois Junior High Men’s Chorus, directed by Rob Newburn.
