Stock Market Game Training Scheduled For
Teachers
The Idaho
Council on Economic Education at Boise State University will offer a teacher
training for The Stock Market Game from 9 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Monday and Tuesday,
June 13 and 14, at Bishop Kelly High School, 7009 Franklin Road in Boise.
The game and workshop are free to the first 15 teachers who register. For more information, e-mail lavonnejuhl@boisestate.edu or call 426-1193.
The Stock Market Game gives high school economics students the chance to invest a hypothetical $100,000 in a real-time portfolio and learn important economic and financial concepts.
