Celebrate The Latest 'Harry Potter' Book At The Boise State Bookstore

The Boise State University Bookstore is hosting a party for Harry Potter-loving muggles from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. July 16 at the store. The party will celebrate the release of “Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince,” which goes on sale that day.

The Bookstore will have door prizes, snacks and a costume contest. Harry Potter enthusiasts also may have their pictures taken in front of a Harry Potter mural.

The Bookstore is offering a special deal for customers who pre-order their copies of “Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince.” Those customers will receive 25 percent off the cost of the book, and also will be entered into a raffle to receive a prize on July 16.
