News Release July 12, 2005 Don Campbell To Present 'Healing Power of Music' Workshop At Boise State Public speaker and educator Don Campbell will present a workshop, �The Healing Power of Music,� from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. July 30 at the Boise State University Student Union Jordan Ballroom. His presentation is co-sponsored by the Boise State Music Department and SpiralWisdom, Inc. Campbell is the author of �The Mozart Effect,� which looked at the effect that sound and tones have on mental acuity, disease treatment and spirituality. He also has produced �Music for the Mozart Effect,� a series of albums for children and adults, and the book �The Mozart Effect for Children.� His books are bestsellers and have been reprinted around the world. Tickets are $40 online at www.spiralwisdom.com , or $45 at the door. Tickets also are available at Old Boise Guitar and Dorsey Music. Attendees may buy lunch at the TableRock Caf� in the Student Union for $8.
