News Release August 18, 2005 Boise State's Student Radio To Present Free Concert Boise State University’s student-run radio station, University Pulse, will present a free concert to celebrate its grand opening from 6-10 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 27, at the Boise State Centennial Amphitheatre. The concert lineup includes electro/indie/New Wave music from Jessica Something Jewish of Salt Lake City; powerpop from The Handsome of Provo, Utah; and local favorites McVarsity and Brian Wilkinson of Boise. University Pulse plays on AM 730 from noon to midnight on Sundays, and programming will soon be available on the Internet. The program lineup is an eclectic mix of music and talk.
