TUESDAY, SEPT. 13 Idaho Politics: History, Culture and Ideology. The Flicks, 646 Fulton St. 10 a.m.–noon. Second of a four-part lecture series, also on Sept. 20 and 27. Together since 1981, the group has performed in the major music capitals of four continents, securing its standing among the premier ensembles of its kind.
